The Branch Blackstone project for Pawtucket Central Falls Development is an affordable housing tax credit project almost a decade in the making. Ed Wojcik Architect began conceptual layouts for the project as early as 2008. The project consists of four new buildings with 29 townhouse style units on Branch Street along the Blackstone River in Pawtucket, RI. Tenant amenities include green space, playground, and a public park on East Street. In 2013, five existing houses with 17 units in both Pawtucket and Central Falls were added to the project for a total of 46 units. The units range from one to four bedrooms including accessible units.
