Renaissance Hall at Johnson & Wales University is an existing 9 story dormitory building. The renovation project renovated and reconfigured common areas and combined suites to create open kitchen spaces and larger living spaces to foster community. Interior finishes and furnishings were also upgraded to create a residential feel.
